Jordan, Lynch & Cancienne Grows Firm with Addition of Shahnoor Khuwaja 

Jordan, Lynch & Cancienne announced today that attorney Shahnoor Khuwaja has joined the firm as an associate. 

Mr. Khuwaja will focus his practice on commercial litigation, construction matters, insurance defense, and more. His experience also includes work in data privacy and cybersecurity litigation, energy, class action defense, and white-collar defense. 

“We are so excited to welcome Shahnoor to our firm,” said Jordan, Lynch & Cancienne partner Kevin Jordan. “Not only does he have a great deal of experience, but he also has a passion for helping others. That combination is sure to be incredibly valuable to our firm and our clients.” 

Prior to joining Jordan, Lynch & Cancienne, Mr. Khuwaja was a litigation associate at one of the nation’s largest law firms. He also served as a graduate research and teaching assistant for various professors and was a judicial intern in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.  

“I am very excited to join this firm,” said Mr. Khuwaja. “I am looking forward to working with and learning from this incredible team of veteran trial attorneys, and I can’t wait to develop my own trial practice surrounded by a group of great people.” 

In addition to his casework, Mr. Khuwaja is on the Board of Directors for the Houston Young Lawyers Association, volunteers in the Houston Bar Association’s DEI subcommittee, and is an active member of the South Asian Bar Association.   

Mr. Khuwaja received his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center and his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
