Shahnoor Khuwaja’s work at Jordan, Lynch & Cancienne is focused on commercial litigation. Shahnoor joins the firm with prior experience in a wide range of areas, including cybersecurity and data privacy, energy, labor and employment, construction, class action defense, white-collar defense, products liability, and international trade. Leveraging his breadth of knowledge, joined with his background in science, Shahnoor is able to add value to whatever case he finds himself on regardless of the subject matter at hand.
Clients and colleagues alike know Shahnoor as someone who’s responsive, respectful, has strong attention to detail, and does all he can to address the concerns of those he represents. He’s efficient, quick to identify possible solutions, and is always moving the ball forward so that his clients’ legal issues are resolved as quickly as possible.
Prior to law school, Shahnoor gained extensive experience in civic engagement, frequently volunteering to uplift the lives of others. As a result, he’s found himself volunteering anywhere from the United States to Tajikistan. A career in the law was a platform he knew he could use to help underserved communities and to fight for those who weren’t able to fight for themselves. Shahnoor is always looking for ways to advance that goal and has worked pro bono since beginning his legal practice, most recently helping to secure a landmark jury verdict in partnership with the ACLU of Colorado.
Shahnoor received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center. He enjoys outdoor activities, spending time with friends and family, and traveling.
