Carolina A. Herrera represents clients in high stakes at state and federal levels in a wide range of areas, including securities litigation, internal and governmental investigations, bankruptcy disputes, and complex commercial matters.

Giving back to her community has always been important to Carolina. She has spent a considerable amount of time dedicated to pro bono with organizations including Kids in Need of Defense, the Transgender Legal Defense & Education Fund, the Orleans Public Defenders, and the Legal Services of Greater Miami, assisting clients with issues ranging from legal name changes to cancellations of removal.
