Attorney Charlotte Nicholas Joins Jordan, Lynch & Cancienne as Associate

Jordan, Lynch & Cancienne is pleased to announce it is growing its team of litigators with the addition of attorney Charlotte Nicholas, who joins the firm as an associate.

“Charlotte is a natural fit for our firm,” said Jordan, Lynch & Cancienne partner Kevin Jordan. “We are confident in her abilities and know her background and experience will be an asset to our team, our clients and all the cases of which she is a part.”

Ms. Nicholas’ trial experience includes serving as co-first chair on a civil trial for claims under the Trafficking Victims Protection Act. She also successfully defended an international pipeline company in a nine-figure dispute and worked with an international manufacturing company in a matter that involved more than 11,000 commercial and personal injury plaintiffs, multiple class actions and multiple multidistrict litigations.

Ms. Nicholas has argued in state and federal courts, taken and defended depositions, and worked closely with experts. She was a clerk for U.S. District Judge Andrew S. Hanen in the Southern District of Texas and, before moving to Texas, worked for the St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s Office in the violent crimes unit.

Ms. Nicholas has a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University and a J.D. from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis.
